God is the Fire.

"When the fire of love is ignited in oneself, it cannot find room in the limits of the heart, but blazes outward and enflames, devours, absorbs other hearts."

We are only the heart, but God is the fire.  We often think that we must go out and set souls ablaze, but instead we need only beat steadily. It is an outside force, the Immaculata, who enters in and ignites the flame of love within us…a fire that is God Himself. Under her watchful care, this flame turns to a fire that blazes outward to absorb other hearts. We allow the Immaculata to enter and bring with Her the fire of God's love. We do not resist when He asks to break the natural limits of our hearts in order to be released into the world. Our wounds may be cauterized and our passions seared, but this fiery Love of the Cross transforms our natural limits into supernatural doors to the Resurrection. Let us take courage and have faith! Within our hearts burns a fire that no earthly storms can extinguish; without our knowing it  is transforming the world one heart at a time!
